Ask Dr. Park: Sleep Apnea in Children

Posted Apr 27 2011 11:27am

Please join me for my next Ask Dr. Park teleseminar on Wednesday, May 11th, at 8PM, when I’m going to discuss sleep apnea in children, from ages 0 to 21. Here are some topics I’ll cover:

- Why tonsillectomy may not cure sleep apnea in most children

- How bottle-feeding, pacifiers and thumb sucking can aggravate sleep apnea

- How the Back to Sleep Campaign to prevent SIDS had an unintended major side effect

- Why bedwetting is not a psychological problem

- A simple solution for many cases of ADHD

- How to prevent sleep apnea from developing as children get older

- Sleep problems in teens—is it really delayed sleep phase syndrome?

Registration will begin about one week prior to the event.

Please note the day change for this one event.
