mother of 4; grandmother of 6; married for 34 yrs; had it all and recently lost it all; found a new job and stressing about keeping it; stressing about my husband and his health; trying to lose weight; want to start exercising and increase my energy.  I  have trouble sleeping and feel tired all the time.  I want to take charge of my health and my stress. I am helping to take care of my mom who is in a nursing home. My dad is in another city and also in poor health.
