I'm a twenty-something writer, photographer and copy editor living with psoriatic arthritis. I had a mega-flare five years ago. I'm married with two furbabies. I love music and dancing and reading and hanging out with friends.
My blog started as a way to track my training for a marathon. Since then it has morphed into a place where I write about all things running and health related.
