According to the Street Hockey USA website, there are:
Dekhockey: a form of off-ice hockey played on feet, using a ball, in a rink with a plastic surface.
Ball hockey: a form of off-ice hockey played on feet, using a ball, in a rink with a concrete or asphalt surface.
Street hockey: a form of off-ice hockey played on feet, using a ball, on a tennis court, basketball court, playground, parking lot or even, literally, a street.
