My sons neck was cut by his hairdresser's scissors. Would it be possible for him to contract AIDS or HEP C from them?

He did not tell us she cut him until we were home. I put alcohol on the sore. She pulled her sissors from a large pouch she had. They were not in the blue liquid/detergent that the combs were in.
