if you have herpes, can you pop the pimp that appers and it bleed a little or does it not pop, or what?

i have a whole bunch of small bumps on my penis and sometimes if i look at them it becomes a pimple and i can pop it. i do have acne problems so it could be a normal pimple but it could not be. when i pop it it looks just like as if i popped a pimple. the bumps had been there for a while and they havent caused really non of the sympotoms of herpes and im too scared to tell my mom or dad. what should i do? please help...
