i have a thrush in the back of my tongue do that mean i have hiv/aids

i can not brush the back of my tongue because i feel like im going to gag and i realized that there's a thrush in the back of my tongue can that be from not brushing the back of my tongue or is that a sign of hiv/aids

It may be a sign of HIV/AIDS or other infection.

Early stage symptoms signs of HIV Aids infection may include:

* fever

* sore throat

* tiredness

* joint pain

* muscle pain

* swollen glands (nodes)

* a blotchy rash on the chest.

Late stage symptom signs:

* persistent tiredness

* night sweats

* unexplained rapid weigh loss

* persistent diarrhea

* blurred vision

* white spots on your tongue, or mouth

* dry cough

* shortness of breath

* a fever of above 37C (100F) that lasts a number of weeks

* swollen glands that last for more than three months

Maybe you should be tested for HIV for sure.

Tests for both HIV-1 and HIV-2. The blood test (for sure) detects antibodies that are produced by the body's immune system in response to the HIV virus.
