I have a swollen lymph node in my neck (left) which hurt on touching or pressing, and unbearable body ache. I feel as if my bones are going to fall apart. I had fever also which is gone after some medication (antipyretics and antibiotics). No cough and cold.
Is it just a viral infection or can it be something serious. One of my friends told me it can be cancer or even STD... I am really scared to see a doctor now.
