
Most probably sebaceous gland cysts which arise around the sites of hair follicles.
These types of cysts (when no infection is present) are usually painless, smooth surfaced and contain white appearing material when the cysts boils or bumps are drained.
These usually pose no problem unless they become large or infected and are ONLY opened/drained by a physician.
However, I would highly recommend that you see your doctor and let him/her determine if what you have is normal, STD or needs attention.

they are small white and round at the top. i have had them for two maybe two and half years. not sexually active. when squeezed they exert extremely small quantities of a white soft mush before bleeding(thought this would help identify what it is) any professional help would be deeply appreciated. too scared/embarrassed to go to clinic.
