Over the last several months I have developed a rash on my upper buttocks that is persistent and does not go away. It is itchy, flaky, and when itched becomes raw. When it seems like it is getting better it comes back like pimples then flakes then itches. I am becoming nervous it is an std such as HIV. I am nervous to go to a doctor. Any thought on what is causeing this?
