Does HBs Ag test by ELISA method determines both HIV & Hepatitis B virus ?

I was tested HBs Ag by ELISA method & found Negative in the result. Does it imply that I am free from HIV & Hepatitis B virus both ? Does this test have any link to HIV virus detection ?
