can u detect hiv /aids through a saliva test

i did an insurance and i need to kno if hiv/aids can be detected in a saliva test or i need to do a blood test to be sure

Tests for both HIV-1 and HIV-2. The blood test (for sure) detects antibodies that are produced by the body's immune system in response to the HIV virus.
