Can i have HIV with one episode of unprotected sex with a lady with HIV+, lasted 3-4 minutes and i did not ejaculate in vagina

Hello am a male, i have one episode of unprotected sex with a lady i believe with HIV+,  am 22 years of age, had many differences in my body days and weeks later since then, i had diarrhea for more than 2 month, pains under my armphit and groin, i had unexplained tiredness, sweats regulary and head aches, but the serious of all stomach pain which i have been experiencing since after the contact,exprience weight loss, had  white tongue with teeth marks at the sides of my tongue especially when i wake up in the morning, and the saddest of all i had severe changes in my hair textured it changed completely, i burp and bleching everyday about 50 times and  is stressful, even if i dont eat or drink, ,my gingivities are changing into light pink and frequent dark yellow urine which i never experienced, had non itchy rash all over my body including my chest and arms, i went for testing after 10 weeks an came out negative,  i could not believe it, the testing lasted 30-35 minutes, my blood was taking from my arm an takin to the lab, but am not sure because down here they dont advice you after the test they just give you a form an that's it,  i went again after 2 weeks which is approximately 94 days came out negative but no advice again, just giving a form and that's it, i went an see a doctor he said i have ulcer,  why am i still experiencing this when i tested negative and it has now been 5 months since the exposure, please advice me... and tell me about my symptoms, thanks hope to hear from you soon, i cannot sleep or eat nowadays, i completed fed up, just lost hope in my life.....
