Alternative Medicine-is it Responsible For Death of Aids Patients?

I have just read an article that blames Alternative Medicine for the death of 300.000 Aids Patients in South Africa. In fact – the author, Dr. Frank, suggests that Alternative Medicine is probably responsible for many other deaths in other countries. Wow! Really?
I would rather think that Dr. Frank did not really ask himself who is the real guilty party; who should really be held responsible for the death of Aids Patients, be it in South Africa or in any other place where Aids Patients are denied access to retrovirals.
