My blog, Questions On Dogs and Cats, is written from the perspective of Helpful Buckeye, who, in my retired life, is me. I practiced veterinary medicine for 24+ years, concentrating on dogs and cats. My degree is from the Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine and my practice was in Richmond, VA. Since my retirement, I have lived in Flagstaff, AZ and have continued to enjoy talking about dogs and cats. I write and send out a new issue of Questions On Dogs and Cats every Sunday evening. As stated at the beginning of every issue, my goal is to not only help dog and cat owners take better care of their pets, but also to enrich the owner/pet relationship. I want my blog to be a rewarding educational experience for all who are interested. One of my regular readers had this to say about Questions On Dogs and Cats: "Reading this blog each week makes me feel like I was able to spend a whole day in a veterinary hospital with Helpful Buckeye, seeing interesting things, learning about different medical problems, and enjoying the back-and-forth conversation about all the unusual stuff that happens to dogs and cats." Come along with us for a few weeks, look under the word, Labels, for previous topics we've covered, and I hope you'll decide to become a regular visitor. Once you access my blog, you will be able to learn even more about Helpful Buckeye in the blog profile. Welcome!
