I'm a student in Western Canada and I have decided that I really need to get healthy. I participate in a running group 2 times a week, but I really think I need to hop on the wagon and get myself healthy!
Team Goals:
Avoid high fat foods,
Eat healthy,
Eat more fruits & vegetables,
Eat more whole grains,
Limit my caloric intake,
Lose weight,
Stick to my diet.
