I have been a chef for 15 year and in that time I came to realize that the type of food you eat is vital. Also the type of earth that your food was grown or raised in makes a huge difference. I eat lots of butter, coconut oil and other fats, lots of bone broths and am currently eating grain-free. We are on the Gut and Psychology Syndrome diet currently and it has helped us immensely.
