I just thought I would help with your question about shin splints. I used to have them for years. I found that taking Potassium#1 then Magnesium,Calcium plus vitD helps! The potassium helps with the cramping of the ligaments and more<3 Then I used a tensor bandage lightly-firm around your legs helps a lot!!!!!!!! You will notice the Potassium work within about 3wks-Bananas have lots of Potassium in them<3 Good luck Rosieveg :) Happy Trails
