What is VLDL? My cholesterol seems good -but the details of the lipids show VLDL being 60.20 which is high, and triglicerides a

My Lipid Panel w/ Rflx to Direct LDL says:

CHOL 180, dHLD 39.00 (L), LDLC 80.8, CHOL/HDL 4.6, DLDL 60.20 (H), Trig 301 (H),

My Dr. says that my cholesterol is good however I just want  to understand what the high numbers mean. Can you please explain?
