I experienced upper right chest pain today at work, thought I was having a stroke.
It was a tight burning pain in right breat area and just beneath. the pain extended into my right shoulder/upper arm and even went up into the right side of my face and upper right head/brain area. It lasted several minutes, 5 minutes or longer, but after I sat and rested, the sensation went away.
Felt tired afterwords, but no sick or anything, just business like usual.
I've experienced this at least 3 times in the last 2 years. What could this be?
