If you're having pain when you move it's probably not your heart. There are many ligaments and tendons that run across your chest. There's also something called costochondritis which is the inflammation of the ligaments between your ribs that can feel like its heart pain. If you e been having pain for two weeks or longer get it checked out and if the pain is only when you move a certain way and doesn't bother you when you walk quickly or run then its probably not coming from your heart.
