im 44 yr old female smoker and for more than 48 hrs have expereinced chest pain and some pain into my left arm i have a feeling of being unwell although im not unwell-i have regurgitated a few times and now a a small lump feeling when i swallow-some of the arm pain goes into my left wrist as well
