My proposed life style changes

1. Continue to excercise at least 1 hour a day, at least 6 days a week

2. Swim 1/2 mile a week

3. Play competitive racquetball for 4 hours a week

4. No read meat

5. Eat fresh, raw or grilled fish

6. Buy raw milk and remove fat yourself before drinking

7. Eat nuts, seeds, soy, bean, lentils

8. Drink fresh, local, organic green leafy vegetable juice: 2-4 cups a day

9. Control portions

10. Provide 2 hours between dinner and bedtime

11. Meditate an hour a week

12. 2 hours of Yoga a week 

13. No sugar

14. Only 1-2 servings of fruit

15. No alcohol, tobbacco

16. Try ayurveda
