My BNP test was done right after eating about 5 minutes after a brisk walk. Would this affect the results?
Posted by

My doctor says he heard a murmur, ordered an echocardiogram (normal except for some enlargement of the heart) and BNP (value: 11 ng/ml). My only symptoms are edema & leg cramps, and only related finding: low levels of vitamin D (25 ng/ml).
