Last night I woke up with very itchy hands. Over the next 15 min I felt strange then my pulse rate went way up for about 5 min

I did not feel any pain or tightness in my chest or shoulders but felt off.  At one point I thought if I did not get up I would stop breathing.  I am ok this morning but very curious about the itchy hands and racing heart rate.
