My heart rate spiked from about 110 to 180 during exercise (not TOO strenuous of an exercise) a few times in a few minutes. What are the possible causes? I've had an EKG done, and all that it said was that I had a mild case of Mitro Valve Prolapse.
I had this happen a few months back once also, and after that I started having anxiety attacks (lightheadedness, heart palpitations, muscle twitching, vertigo, things seeming "unreal" are some of the symptoms). My doctor says it’s probably because I’m out of shape but I just want to make sure.
