It started about three hours ago when i suddenly had trouble holding my pen in my left hand and my chest began to hurt somewhat. My hand is still a little shakey and my face feels like it is not moving, sort of like I don't have control over my left hand fingers and lips. I am also having some trouble concentrating but I do not have any other serious symptoms of a stroke. Is it possible to have a partial stroke with out the major symptoms?
