I was diagnosed with LVH. I exercise regulary, eat right, don't have high blood pressure. Told it wasen't a problem?

I am 5'10" and 130 pounds, female.  Athletic all my life.  All blood tests and stress tests turned out fine.  No follow up treatment or medications were given to me.    Should I be concerned?
