I take 180mg of Diltiazem ( at night )for High blood pressure. I notice if I have a few to many glasses of wine, my heart races

waking me from sleep. Usually lasting till morning. Kinda like a panic attack. Why? Concerns? If I don't drink not an issue, other than the occassional pounding heartbeat sensation.
