I have shortness of breath with mild walking plus weakness in upper arms. I have had 2 heart attacks, with scarring in 2 areas

Had quad bypass in 2004 with heart attack during surgery.  Even so, 2 cardiologists say it is not my heart.  Have checked out my lungs, neuromuscular, etc.  No one knows what is causing my symptoms.
