I have high cholesterol-260, LDL-158, HDL-86. But my triglycerides are only 53. I am 46 year old, 4'11", weigh about 145lbs. I work out 5 days a week, 2 hours per day. High cholesterol runs in my family. I don't always eat healthy. Why/How can I have high cholesterol but low tri's?
