I have heat in my upper chest. What could this be due to? Anxiety or heart or alergy or blocked nostrll or other possibilities?

When in bed lying on either side results in a heat wave in my upper chest and soaks the top of my pyjama-top. Relief comes from a) remove the pyjama top and from b) going to the toilet for a #2
