I have a very high heart rate at rest sometimes, getting up between 130- 150 bpm, when usually I am around 70-75bpm.

I find this is usually the case after a few too many drinks and smoking. This can carry on into the next day.  I am ceoliac, fructose intolerant, and I take cymbalta for anti depression and the contraceptive pill Levled.  Are any of these things related to this?
