I ate amplaya salad twice, is it the one that trigger my left chest pain ?

I have a high blood pressure and maintaining it with vascor 10 mg, do this ampalaya salad makes my lower chest pain ? I ate also plenty of shrimps during chrismas time, is it possible that this trigger also ?
