I have suffered from pains in my chest and anxiety for the past few months and this became really bad where i had to have time off work.
I am now on pills which help with this and i havent had a full blown panic attack for ages. I still feel anxious all the time though.
Every morning i wake up and feel tightness in my chest and upper back pain (opposite to where my chest pain is) this is really uncomfortable - is it just anxiety again, as i dont feel anxious when i wake up??
