I have been having vice like pain in my chest that hurts constantly, when I breathe in and when I lay on my back for 2 days now. At first I thought it was heart burn I take 40mg of prilosec everyday and I have been eating tums like candy. I am a 38 yr old female. Can heart attack symptoms last for days at a time?
