I have been taking 250mg digoxin and 2x100mg Flecanide daily since Aug. I live in Tasmania Australia so only encountered hot days in Dec. I felt awful, woozy, dizzy and couldn't think straight on one very hot day. After a thunderstorm midday which dropped the temp I felt fine. Last week there was another hot day of 32 degrees C and again I felt bad till it cooled down at night and the next day was cooler. The only thing changed since last summer is taking this medication. It is for atrial fibrillation/tachycardia and has taken the episodes from every other day to zero so I am loath to stop them. I cannot find any mention of side effects of these drugs on the Net. Can you help?
