HDL 77, LDL 74, triglycerides 63 , total cholesterol 164. What does this mean?

I think it means you're very healthy!  Having HDL higher than 59 is a negative risk factor for heart disease.  Your LDL is very low and that's also good. Your trigyceride level is low, also good.  Nice numbers!  And the total under 200 is excellent.
