Yesterday afternoon I headed out to Athens, GA to promote Nick’s New Heart at a statewide librarians’ conference. It takes about two hours to drive there. I stayed a couple of hours and then drove to my friend’s house spent the night in Montgomery. I told a friend that is a GA fan that I had to drive immediately to Auburn to recover from being in Athens. I had to pass Auburn to get to Montgomery. I spent the night with a college roommate. Her shower is so good I told her that next time I pass through that instead of meeting for lunch I wanted to come by and take a shower.
