For the past couple of nights i've had around 10 minutes of chest ache, this only happens on a night. Any ideas why?

I'm 16 and have had an hole in my heart since i was born, i also have allegille syndrome (the liver disease) and have only very recently started to have chest ache that lasts for about 10 minutes.
