felt a sharp pain under my left arm very unsual never happened before. I workout alot mostly weight lifting. The pain lasted for about 2 seconds. Though the sharp left chest pain have not return. I did relax and took a deep breath and never felt any sharp left chest pain since the first experience. What do you think could be the cause?
