Drugs / Herbs to treat Low Ejection Fraction

Hi, I'm 30 year old Male & have been diagnosed with Low Ejection Fraction @ 50%.
The cardio prescribed some herbs with Chinese Sage & Notoginseng in them & it seemed to help. Unfortunately, the company (Torrent Pharma) has stopped manufacturing the drug (Cardiwell). Are there any other options? Is pain in the rib cage normal if you have low EF?
