Big name, isn’t it? It is a group of people from all over the United States joining together to promote awareness and gather information about congenital heart disease in order to inform people about the issue of heart problems in children and adults born with heart problems. Some amazingly smart and important people are involved in this consortium. I’m one of very few that doesn’t have a letter at the end of their name. I’m trying hard not to be intimidated. I’m also one of very, very few that has a child with heart issues in the group and the only one that has a child with a foot in the children’s end and a foot in the adult world.
