It's on the stove now. I can't wait to eat it.
I called General Mills about the 8th Continent. With their new formula, they are now using Vitamin D2, which is vegan. The representative said that if it say "Vitamin D" on the labell, that it comes from an animal source, but "Vitamin D2" is not from an animal source.
