I went swimming got water in ear, got out iwth hydrogen peroxide. Then at 2am 5-7 hours later I had a sharp stabbing pain in ear

I then took a pain pill and its still working but i kinda feel the slgiht sensation of stabbing etc. Could it be swimmers ear after one swim? I dont have health insurance and am wondering what I can use.I CAN STILL HEAR fine out of the ear.
