Check this out this boy is named Chance. Chance has a hearing loss it is very close to Gavin's and look what he can do it is a amazing!!! Chance and Gavin both have severe to profound hearing loss!! I hope this video works!!! This is awesome to me cause when hearing loss is as bad as Gavin's and Chance's they cannot hear speech. So for technology to advance so people that can't hear speech can get the opportunity to hear. That's amazing!! If we were to do the cochlear implant on Gavin it would be the left ear so u would see the cochlear implant on the left side of his head the right ear is actually quite a bit better so we would just keep putting the aid in that ear.
