Deaf and Mute can only be treated with regular Speech Therapy with proper hearing aid adviced to them after being examined with the audiologist..
Deaf people has its own degree of hearing loss from mild to moderate to profound, today science has developed so far that even some profound can hear with the hearing aid. If they can hear a bit they can be treated with regular speech therapy so that they can even speak.
