This is the second time we've had the opportunity to attend the AG Bell Conference and cannot say enough good things about it. In addition to meeting and networking with all kinds of parents and professionals, the sessions we attended have been great for finding out everything from the latest research on communication and learning strategies to tools for parent advocacy. Throw in a great keynote address by Lee Woodruff, the wife of ABC's Bob Woodruff and mother of a child with hearing loss, and you had four jam-packed days of great education.
Here's a brief summary of just some of the sessions and lessons we learned. Since I can't possibly encapsulate it all, feel free to contact us for further details and insights. Read more after the break.
