It was a blast. I sweated just as much as I do in class. But I do have recommendations:
Wear your zumba shoes or workout shoes even if its on carpet.
Make sure to use your hips as the sensor is laying right there. Just like class learn feet first add arms later.
Last but not least have fun.
This was my second workout of the day.
I did splurge a bit with a little delicious empanada but it was a mini one. Now I don't cut calories in the morning I add an extra few minutes to my workout.
