Have you ever taken a juice and made it into a smoothie?

A {really tasty} juice into a {really tasty} smoothie, that is.

  • Carrot juice is the richest source of vitamin A that the body can assimilate.
  • Carrots contain an ample supply of vitamins B, C, D, E, G, and K.
  • Carrots are an aid to digestion, promote a healthy appetite and are recommended to nursing mothers to improve the quantity and quality of their milk.
  • The liver regulates sex hormones and eliminates excess ones- a primary reason to keep it healthy (among others!)
